What ended up working ladies? Pinky rings? Elevated bed?
My DH has been snoring for about 6 months now and he's doomed to the couch! But, I have to say I'm quite liking the bed all to myself

This Anti Snore is a ring worn on the pinky finger that will stop you from snoring. Is this effective? there have been studies it is not. I don't see any relation in wearing ring with snoring. Drying of mouth could be the cause so just drink water before sleeping and have a humidifier to moisten the room and stop drying of mouth. Sleep position is also a big factor, sleep on your side and elevate your bed.

I would like to add that (mild) snoring can be helped by using nasal saline spray and keeping well hydrated.

Yes it is somehow connected with what I said that to keep the room moist while sleeping, and drink a glass of water before bedtime to avoid drying of throat. If the room temp is too dry use a humidifier, dry air dries the throat and eventually causes snoring. Saline spray is good as well.
