So, is that a thorough juicing of half a lemon or just a vague kinda squeeze?

    It's morning...everything is vague!

Sometimes I put a hole in the lemon so it lasts a little longer. I dunno, maybe 20 ml or something? I don't like my mouth looking like a cats bum, and I wouldn't imagine anyone recommending drinking it like OJ.

I have and Aunty who swears by starting the day with lemon juice and water and ending the day with a pear and cup of boiling (cooled down to drinkable) water. She is very healthy

So google recommends lots of different things - greatest consensus is around 1 tablespoon/half a lemon's worth of juice in approx 250 ml of water with/without sweetening aid.
