Could he have had concussion do you think? sounds a bit worrying, I would prob get him checked out tomorrow even if yu have to go to emergency, vomiting after a head bump is not good.
Hopefully its just tummy bug that happened to come along at the same time though.

I will vomit for a few hrs with a migrain and my dad gets them bad and will vomit for days. But if it is not sitting right with you then take him to the hospital. I got to the ER when I get a migrain thats bad and they usually see you ASAP and give drugs and fluids.

Hope he will feel better soon!!

Is is possible the pain meds you gave him made him vomit. I react very badly to strong meds with codeine in them - lots of vomiting. Migrains can cause vomiting too.

my df gets migraines all the time, and the last one went for days, with lots of vomitting, the only thing that really helped him was accupuncture, he also went to the gp, who reccommended it as one of the best cures. sorry i can't help anymore...

lorelle, i would be taking him doesn't sound to good i have suffered migraines since i was 13 so far to many years for my liking and finally i have a dr who is helping me they have me on a anti epiletic med which controls the seritonine within the brain 9 well to my knowledge any ways and i have been migraine free for 8 months although i gets headaches stills only when i'm tired or very emotional but also before this wonder drug i call it ( it makes you lose weight too woohoo) i was taking what the hospital regime was which is 3 aspalgin taken 10 minutes after a maxalon as maxalon increases the effectiveness of the absorption of the aspalgin with plenty of water to wash it down as it is the foulist remedy to date but it works ... i hope he his feeling better soon

I would be getting it checked out ASAP......I dont mean to alarm you but my sister just recently (as in just 3 weeks ago) went to hospital with a sudden onset migraine pain that wuldnt budge pretty much like you are describing...it turned out to be a brain anuerysm.....seriously I would not muck around with head pain.......it has been a real wake up call for us a family as to how quickly it can happen......
