Since having J, i've had quite a few vision issues, that I'm kind of getting worried about. when we found out we had lost J, i was actually sick, i had a head cold. after his funeral, i had a blocked ear for like 2 weeks. eventually a Doctor said i had a sinus infection and put me on antibiotics for 5 days. my ear eventually unblocked, but since then i have also had a ringing in my ears in the other ear and i went to another doctor who said it was really blocked, so i bought some ear wax remover.....don't think that's helped though cause the ringing in the ear is still there....
okay, so one time, maybe a few weeks after J's birth, i had this blurry diagonal line in front of my eyes, and it lasted about 20 minutes. if i closed one eye, it was still there, the other eye, it was still there, and when i closed both eyes, it was still there as well. that night as well, when i was on the computer, it felt like both my eyes went cross eyed!! i completely freaked out, and said to DH, am i cross eyed?? my eyes are funny, do i look cross eyed?? he said my eyes looked fine, but that was exactly what my vision felt like, like my eyes had gone cross-eyed. that only lasted a few minutes thank goodness.
a few weeks after that i had the blurry line again, and that lasted about 20mins as well, and again i got it this morning when i was at a friends house, so that's been 3 times now......and im starting to get worried. the past week or so my neck has been really sore, and this morning i woke up with a killer headache.....
just wondering if my ear problems could be something to do with vision blurriness? for the record, i am going to book an appt with an optometrist, i was just wondering if anyone might have any insight?? thanks.
and should also add that about 8 months ago i had gone to an optometrist who checked my eyes and gave me reading glasses......
