Well,
NOT a good day. DD is sick and i spent all day taking her temp and forcing liquid paracetamol (which we both hate) into her. I have so far managed about 0.5l. It's 10pm, i'll be up all night peeing if i try to catch up now...
Guess i'll begin tomorrow then...

I think I only got to 1.5 litres yesterday :redface: not good for a pg woman... but I wasn't putting in any effort, today i will do a bit better....

ok well it was 2 literss for me !! it was soo cold so i filled it up with warm water .... i peed alllllll day .. it got in the way of sitting on my arse watching telly .. which was a bit annoying hehe

i dont know how im going to drink 3 litres today... is that how much u are meant to drink per day???
2-3L is what my FS recommended :)
It depends on a few things.
For most people its 1.5-3L. If you are active you have more, or if its for a specific reason like Sarah_H, you have more.
If you have pelvic floor issues like me, my physio won't let me go over 2.5L/day
ETA: hmm I had better slow daown..1.150L so far..

sorry guys only drank 600mls yesterday i just get sidetracked and grab for something else but today im carrying a bottle of water with me everywhere
Bec sorry to hear your little one is sick.
Back to the pints vs litres thing 1 pint = 600mls so you'd need to drink 3 1/3 pints to equal 2 litres which i think is a good quantity to be drinking.
I've only done around 800ml so far today. Doing some more housewrok when Zander goes to bed so will make up for it then ;)
i've just finished 1.5L's... havent drank that much in a week lately lol.... cant stop going to the toilet tho...i'll only drink 500 more ML's at the most today

So a small glass with dinner and I should be OK.
I'm up to 1.5ltr now... my water with dinner & before bed should be it for me now ;)

I just sent an SMS to Wato growling at him cause he used my cup!! LOL... Well I hm using a big 1l measuing cup and I leave it on the sink or the window sill and he used it for his drink of cordial!! It still had some water in it too!! Grrr at him... LOL
