Weight loss during pregnancy

I agree on seeing your GP. My cousin was quite big when she got pregnant but I know overall she lost weight. It wasn't a problem for her OB or GP because it wasn't excessive and the babies growth was good. You need some advice based purely on your circumstances though. Good luck with the journey!

After posting this thread, I saw a similar one in the diet and weight loss section, and read that one also, and the lovely ladies there have said very similar things to you both, so I'm feeling a lot more settled and in control.

Once I get paid (always tight after Christmas), I'll buy a HPT and make a Dr's appointment...and begin preparing myself for the lecture about my weight and blood pressure.
