DS has diahorrea today, and we've been to the chemist, gotten some hydralyte and has been eating dry salada's today. I was told to feed him dry foods (no milk, no juice etc)...
But what do I feed him for dinner?
I was thinking plain spaghetti.

banana is actually really good. A GREAT source of energy, easy to digest etc.
or try some toast.
Plain pasta or rice is good.
I was taught the BRAT diet for diarrhoea which is Bananas Rice and Toast![]()
