Bubba NEEDS afternoon rest

But she cries when I put her down, she cries when I put her in her highchair, she cries when I cuddle her and she cries when I let her have her freedom. Any suggestions, please???

She still has her morning sleep and she sleeps through the nght (most times) but she just won't sleep in the afternoon and the poor little love is so miserable.

Hi Sal,
My dd Phoebe can get like that for her morning sleep and I have found that if I lay her on my bed and lay next to her she will snuggle into me and just drop off to sleep. Sometimes she is fidgety and spits her dummy constantly, grabs at my top but if I just lay there and pop her dum back in and not say anything to her she will go off and when she looks like she is dropping off I pretend to be asleep too until she is out.
