    Co-sleeping and "marital intimacy"...

Well I'm a little embarrassed to ask this, but here goes...

I'm just wondering how people that co-sleep with their little ones maintain "marital intimacy" with their partner? Does your relationship with your partner suffer because you are unable to provide each other with the same level of sexual intimacy as before bubs came along?

Kyson is co-sleeping in our bed with us and on the occasions when we have been intimate we have put Kyson in his swing in the study (which is just outside our bedroom door), but I have felt a bit guilty each time. Is that normal?

Have any of you fellow co-sleepers come up with a better solution?

Our couch folds out into a bed so we stay in the loungeroom for mummy and daddy time while DD2 is in bed in our room. (Anyone who comes to visit please erase this information from your minds as you will have to sit on this couch and that may be TMI )

We had another queen bed in another bedroom for guests and we used to use that room for "it".

But yes, our intimicy did suffer. As parents, its just another thing you put up with (or down ) for the sake of your kids..
