DD1 sometimes wakes up at 5am, we give her a bottle and then she goes back to sleep in her bed.

Yeah, but I've tried that though, not the bottle but I tried feeding her and it doesn't put her back to sleep and then I'm awake anyway so![]()
I feel your pain! Although Mr Moo is younger than your Moosh, I've had a run of early mornings lately! I've had no choice but to get him up & start the day - so frustrating though as it throws the whole day out of whack.
Hugs, it makes for a very long day for you. Hope she starts sleeping a little longer.
LOL so the answer is... turn off the monitor?
Is it bad to say I've considered it hahahahahahahahaha
I either let DD in our bed (if she isn't already there) and let her do her thing.. Often it involved climbing on us, but I can sleep through that if I really want to..
Otherwise she has been happy to sit on the floor beside us with some toys and play while i snooze..
have you tried not feeding her when she wakes? leaving that feed til maybe after brekky,
Sorry I can't offer much advice because my 17mo DD wakes early around 5am too AND she is up usually 130am, 4am also!!!! well lately anyway...... I'd be stoked if my DD slept ALL night long and woke at 5am.....![]()
I feel your pain hon, DS is up at 5am or 5.30am pretty much every morning. Nothing I've tried will get him back to sleep either... But maybe in your situation you could try going into her room, getting her out of bed and setting her up with some toys. The if you go back to bed and leave her to it she might get the idea that she can get up and have a play by herself when she wakes up... Anyway, just a thought. GL
