Oh wow I'd love to know how you went!!

My DS is 22 months and even though he is close to his dad, he still wants MUMMMMMM all through the night. I have to go into hospital for 2 nights on Wed and I'm terrified about how he'll cope with it! And how I'll cope with it for that matter.

Even though they're almost 2, its so hard to leave isn't it. I keep telling myself that leaving DS with his dad whom he loves, is not a bad thing! Sure, his first choice might be to keep mum, but that doesn't make it wrong.

    Hope you went ok!

Rahjah, I know how daunting it is but DS did really well. DS went to bed at 8pm, woke once at 3am and DP gave him a drink of milk and he went back to sleep until 6am which is really, really good for him lol.

Yes Pixie I really should have taken a pump cause I really ended up with rocks, lucky for me it was just 1 night I hate to think what it would have been like if I was away another night. So Rahjah if you are feeding definitely consider a pump.

When I went & left DS for a night last time, he was pretty much only feeding once, maybe twice a day, but you notice those feeds gone in your boobs!!!
