I second the Hug A Bub. Nicholas has reflux so practically lived in it for the first 3 months! He cried everytime we put him down, hated his cot/pram/our bed, and would only sleep if we were holding him! No housework got done, and we almost drowned in all the washing, but eventually he got better at sleeping and gradually, he started to sleep in his cot. I still use the HAB and he still loves it, and although he is about 8kg, I still find it comfortable to wear for long periods.

Another option - get a cleaner for a few months until his sleeps get better!
