I have both and they are both very similar! The baby one goes through all the basics that are appropriate for all ages. I found the toddler one has more specific info for older toddlers like 2 and up when attitude comes into the mix. For the best overview of the "no-cry sleep solution" program I would go with the baby one.

I would go with both . I have them both, and I love them. If you have to choose one, I'd go with the baby one, as I think the toddler one won't really be applicable for Jazz for awhile yet. However, the toddler one is great! So if you find that you're still looking for guidance down the track, and she's outgrown the baby book, I would grab the toddler one as well. Does that make sense?

Anyway, either way, definitely won't be a waste of money

Heaven, I would go with sleep solution, it covers everything. Especially as Grace is still so little.

Thanks Janie!! I've heard it's really good, I'm going to get it.
Does it have something on how to stop rocking to sleep??

It has everything. Most of all, reassurance, on so many levels. Seriously, you will look at things differently after reading this book

And personally, from someone who thought she would be rocking her 21 year old to sleep , I can guarantee you that it doesn't last forever. These little people are always changing, and one day you will look back and realise that a little while of rocking to sleep wasn't the end of the world (although it can feel like it at the time, I know). NCSS books are really good at helping you to come to grips with these issues, as well as giving a variety of fantastic tips if you need to change things. Good luck!!!

Oh sounds good!! Yeah, I feel like I will be carrying her around while she sleeps forever, she won't let me put her down!! I suppose one day she'll object to me giving her hugs, lol.
