This is the god honest truth.....my 3 month old already talks in his sleep, well not words, LOL, but he goos and gaas and he is sound asleep, it is so cute!! I hear him on the baby monitor and then go into the bedroom and he's sound asleep. He sleeps in a hammock next to our bed and I can hear him "talking" during the night, flick the light on and he is still fast asleep, LOL.

Lol. I can't remember Jaz not doing it, but we still laugh when we hear it.
She'll yell out or something & we'll listen real hard to make sure she's ok, but its always nothing.
DS giggled in his sleep at about 9 weeks. Thats it for him though. DD2 & DH do it sometimes too.

    hi Bjrose,

My dd#2 started with the sleep noises early that turned into talking and now even sleepwalking. I know the night thats she seems to never stop talking she is not as rested and if she has been up walking then she needs a day sleep even though she is 5 years old. I have talked to her pead about it and he said some people just do it.

Sweetpea - Really? Bugger. Well I have an appointmant with a pead on Thursday. She has sleep walked 3 times now that I know of. Are you scared about the sleep walking? I'm terrified of what could happen.

    hi Bj,

With the sleep walking it is funny she doesn't walk into anything at all and just wanders around, and i just direct her back to bad and off she goes sometimes i just tell her to go to bed and she takes herself. I must admit we have the doors locked and i do hope she never learns to open them in her sleep. I have only ones caught her climbing the ladder of the bunks in her room once but she climb down herself.

Hope the pead can reasure you.

Jaz nomally just stands there & stares at me when I tell her to go to bed as if I'm talking in a different language.
She nearly did it last night.
She was in bed & had been asleep for over an hour when she sat up & yelled out.
We didn't understand at first then she started yelling 'Ay...Ay'
She said it a few times so we went & had a look. She doesn't try to get our attention like that, so I knew she wasn't talking to one of us.
Anyway, we told her to lay back down & after 3 or 4 times of saying it she laid back down & was fine after that.

Once she came out saying she wants to go home. We were at home.

    bjrose,

it takes me about 3-4 times to tell dd to laydown or go back to bed to, so that is normal when they sleep talk etc
