Why I love co-sleeping!

Ok, so I was rudely awoken this morning at 4.30am. *yawn*

BUT I opened my eyes and through the semi darkness was my gorgeous baby girl, big blue eyes peering at me, then huge gummy smile when I said "good morning".

Seriously, what could be better than that?

Awww, that is soooooo cute - not sure what could beat waking up to a gorgeous little girl bearing gummy smiles at you, even in the wee hours of the morning.

I love that when DD co-sleeps (not all the time) i wake to find she's found her own way to the boob and is playing with my hair while she feeds.. if that was DP he'd get a punch in the face

I love it when they are both in bed with us, one on either side of me. If Miss M wakes first she grabs my face, says 'good morning mummy, its a beautiful day'. Then she leans over and gives Miss H a kiss. Then if Miss H wakes first, she climbs over me, and pats her sister until she wakes up, and at the same time making all these funny hapy noises! And then to top it all off quite often Miss M will go and get a book, bring it back and read it to her sister in bed while we get another 10mins of 'sleep'!

I love it when DD rolls over in the middle of the night and snuggles up to me. I love her morning smiles, but with her as soon as her eyes are open she is awake and sitting up, so no lying down snuggling for a bit longer..lol
