today i'm trying salad (lettuce, tom, cheese, carrot, capsicum, cucumber) with can of tuna in it. And half a Low GI Multigrain wrap (full wrap is 16g of carb) so i'm hoping the half piece might be ok. Seeing a dietician this afternoon. Hopefully level today will be good.
Dinner last night i tried small serve (1 cup pasta and 200g mine) of spag bolognaise with side of heaps of vegies. Got 7.7 after that.
