    Gestational Diabetes test !?!?

I was just looking at my little book they hospital give you to keep track of all the appointments and details etc and a slip fell out. It was the referal for a blood test which i had forgotten to go to!!! Baby brain!!! For GD. which i was ment to have about 5 weeks ago!!!!

Im worried now. Im going to have to go in on Tuesday and have the test but i dont know if they will even be able to do it now as il be 35 weeks by then. And what damage could i have been doing to my baby. Im 27, at my ideal weight (well...maybe a few pounds over ) no history of it and i feel fine. Am i worring about nothing???

I would say yes you're worrying about nothing You've got age and weight on your side and provided you're diet is pretty good I would think you are perfectly fine! If you don't think bub feels particularly huge either then there's no reason to think you would have GD. Don't stress i'm sure all will be fine

I didn't even get the test this time lovely, and I'm not the only one in the world to not get it, so I'm sure it would be fine. You didn't notice being extra thirsty or anything like that?
