Sometimes ringing the manufacturer is the only way to go... they will at least tell you the names of all the retail outlets who sell their product. I know how frustrating it is to run out of a type of wool... i had to ring around for my mother (who lives in the country) and she only ended up finding some by ringing the NZ manufacturer direct.
