I don't know of any on-line patterns but have tried a few commercial patterns i bought from Spotlight. I tranfer the pattern pieces to white interfacing, so i can use the pattern for all different sizes. The interfacing patterns are easier to pin to fabric and last a lot longer.

My favourite is Butterick 3902. It has the jump suits with or without feet, two piece pjs, sleeping bag type suits.

I have made lots for different friends, so the pattern was definately worth the cost.
