Hmmm, let's see....

I love cooking and baking, especially experimenting with recipes from different regions (Indian, Thai, Spanish etc). I'm also into reading, calligraphy and live action role play (which is how DH and I met).

I have previously done medieval re-enactment and competitive archery, however these take up a lot of time and energy so have fallen by the wayside a bit.

Am extremely excited to be finally going to start music lessons and learn to play the flute, which is something I've wanted to do for absolutely ages and hope to add silver jewellery smithing to that list as well this year.

Would depend on how old DS is really - I've involved DD in a lot of my hobbies, especially the crafty types. Little babies are great subjects for photography and scrapbooking, not to mention sewing (there are some awesome kids patterns out there) and other handcrafts. As they get older you can start to involve them a bit more - toddlers love helping out in the kitchen and easy baking recipes are a great way of getting them into cooking.

My DD is 8 nearly 9 now and will be starting guitar lessons this year when school goes back, she loves doing crafty things with me like glass painting and mosaics etc. I really want to try pottery with her sometime as well - I think we'd get a kick out of it. She also does Girls Brigade and finds this heaps of fun - maybe look into Scouts or something?

Strangely enough the shire council often has a lot info on various hobby clubs in the local area, especially on their websites which often has contact info available. Or google searching local clubs for a particular hobby is good too

I am into Stamping (Stampin Up) and have tried Scrapbooking but mine looks more like CRAPbooking lol My friend is a Creative Memories Rep I just never get to the workshops.

I also like reading but I have to be in the right mood.

i use to love drawing but havent realy done it since leaving school, i also liked reading, but have to be in the right mood for it else i just end up with a headache.

i love baking, just as much as i love eating the food!
also finding creative things for the kids to do, not that they always want to sit still and do it!
i tried scrapbooking i started one up for my aunt and cousion, was suprised how easy it was to do! but just dont take enough photos of the kids to realy get into doing it myself!
