I did this last year when I found those gorgeous edible champagne hibiscus flowers at the gournet deli.

From memory about $7.00 a jar but they are a massive hit for people who drink champagne. For those who havent seen them, you put them in your champagne and they open up with the bubbles and flavour the champagne like strawberries do! YUM!
