Christmas Trees! Fake vs Real!

There was a 'current affairs' program that looked at the environmental impact of real vs fake and found that due to the water and plastic required to make the fakies (emissions etc) you need to have it for 20 years for it to equal the environmental impact of having 20 real trees.

Well I guess we're okay with that over here - I had my mum's tree up until two years ago and she bought it in 1975!!!!!

Real ones make me sneeze and have puffy eyes, so it's fake for me.
