Gifts from???

For the first year we have a little smarty pants that can read and we are wondering who your kids gifts come from?? Do they all come from Santa/ father christmas or do mum and dad get some of the credit?? I honestly cant remember what happened when we were kids and i dont want them to lose the "magic" too early but man i thought hard to figure out what to get them lol

I make one pressie and the little odds and bods in the stocking from Santa. The rest of the pressies are from Mum & Dad or other family etc.

We write 'From Santa' on all our kids gifts, even our 16 & 13 yr olds. We don't want the magic ruined for the little ones.

I still get some presents from Santa and I'm 28

We used to get a pillow case filled by Santa and then the 'big' present from mum & dad.

The kids get 1 big pressie and their stocking from Santa and the rest are from mum and dad.

We only ever got 1 present from Santa as Santa didnt have room to in his sleigh to carry lots of presents for every boy and girl.

The rest of them were from mum, dad, my sisters, the dog!

We make one big present, bikes this year and the stocking from Santa. They get 1 present each from each other, and the rest of the presents are from Mum & Dad.

My mum thought SHE does the saving up, SHE does the shopping.... why should santa get the credit!? =P lol

All our presents as kids were from Santa until my brother one year asked dad where the present was from him

I think we will do one "main" present from Santa and maybe one from each of us?? I dunno, still a little way off the whoel Santa thing and with her birthday 6 weeks from Christmas its going to be hard later on I think. I was thinking of using a "special/glittery" paper for the Santa present too which I think will add to the magic.

nah all our kids pressies come from Santa, I don't care if I don't get any credit, the magic and awe is worth it.
