    Gingerbread Christmas Train Kit

    We bought one today from Aldi to make for dessert for Friday night's dinner with my family. Can I just say, they are very cool & so so easy to make. I didn't follow the instructions for the icing as it used raw egg whites, but it seem to work ok with the chocolate icing I made! I also used gel pens rather than icing for the accent parts. I've put a photo of the final product here and some on Zander's blog too.
