Its almost Valentines Day...

Well I got spoiled with my favourite.... Yellow flowers - I love them! Gorgeous with a balloon that says Happy V Day (of course what else would it say!). Dinner out tonight and listening to some live music. So, I have had a lovely day.

I got DH a massage voucher - he is there now!

suprise suprise, i got nothing except an argument..

i got dh 3 dvds he ahs wanted and hs fave box of chocies and a nice card.

he got me nothing just excuses, i was at work all day but he couldnt forget about himself for 5 mina dn go and get me something.. then he goes ill cook you dinner. yeh well that ended up being dodgy chinnese take away which i didnt even want because i was so tired and over teh whole why should i ahve to buy you something etc etc.. then we watched his movies and went to bed and argued great one..

i just got out of the shower - found 10 long stemmed red roses on my pillow - in the few minutes i'd been in the shower, he ran outside and got roses from the garden. totally unexpected and so sweet!

That's so great that you have roses he could pick for you!

We had a sleepy weekend away. We stayed in a little shack on a friends property in scone. it rained all weekend so we were stuck inside...it was great!

we have about 300 rose bushes we've planted over the past 3 years - only maybe 10 deep blood red roses and only one had fresh buds so i was a lucky girl to get them!

even one would have been a sweet gesture - 10 was just amazing!

I got spoilt big time!!

A beautiful bunch of flowers

Sleep in, DH looked after N from a early wake up, brought her in for feed time then took her again and gave N her breakfast. He cooked my bacon and eggs on toast followed by poached pears (he did himself the night before) on pancakes

Then we took N to her swimming lesson, after getting home he poured me a bath, with candles, brought in a new book to read, and I relaxed while he fed and looked after N. Bought her in for a BF which was lovely (she loved being int he bath too!!).

We also went out to dinner and had a lovely evening, a nice bottle of red although I couldn't have much or N would have been drinking it later that night! Seafood yummo!!!

Was a brilliant day, Dh said he was making up for a lot of missed opportunites

I got diamonds and rubys............................................. .................................................. ...............the perfume and body lotion from elizabeth taylor...i didnt get DH anything. I love, love , love the fact that he got off his butt and actually went into a shop and bought something for ME !!!

I didnt even have to open the bag (not wrapped of course !!)....i was soooo thrilled he bought me something....it could have been a packet of biscuits for all i care....
