I've also seen them in coles and also in some of the little bargain shops around the place, usually have to sieve through a big mess of cards though, but you may be lucky, I think they're quite popular and sell out quickly. Oh, I've also seen them in Myers and David Jones - I think I've been spending way too much time at the shops
me too have purchased them from Kmart the past 3years as they were such gorgeous quality ... but this year i didn't have a look in Kmart as i thought i would do the digital ones this year as last year it nearly killed me putting them as the list of people has grown.
i have seen them in the shop Spoils too (not as good as quality but might be ok)
just thought i'd mention - the ones i saw in Spoils & the Reject shop were for horizontial photo's only, whereas my DD's photo's she has had with Santa have been only Vertical photo's (not by choice)
that's why i loved the Kmart ones as they could go either horizontal or vertical in the way the border was printed it could suit both !
