    Talking santa- is he real in your house?

    just curious to know if people tell their kids the truth behind christmas/santa in that he isnt real or allow then to enjoy the magic!

    i love christmas and love that kids can enjoy some magic in that santa is real!
    i cant wait til DD is older to enjoy this special time of year

    so what do you do?

    Absolutely!! I grew up thinking he was real and I think that was part of the Christmas magic for my sister and me. On Christmas Eve we would stay in the same bedroom and try to stay awake all night long to catch a glimpse of the fat man in red - it never happened though.

    DS will only be 12 months old but Santa will be very real in our house when he gats older. I cant wait either .....!

    Im never telling Aiden he's not Ill putout cookies and because Im selfless Ill eat them all just so he thinks Santas come... The things we do for our kids

    Cookies? Our santa demanded a bottle of red or some long-necks. I guess he was a lush like our tooth-fairy.

    I'm 23 and DH is 28 and we still believe in Santa I have written to the big man and asked him for a new mobile phone for Christmas - DH was kind enough to post it for me.

    No, not real. And if I ever catch some wierdo in a red suit in my home in the middle of the night he won't be breaking into any more homes *shakes fists*


    ETA - Just kidding Kat! Of course there is a Santa Claus....
