The life of a cake maker I'll be making mini chocolate ripple cakes coated in chocolate and decorated with ribbon and a top tier vanilla - chic swirl cake decorated with fondant for a 75th on boxing day.

Due to the volatility in the Ducky family we won't be doing lunch but will do dinner with my dad so I'll be promptly getting up at the butt crack of dawn waking dd to open presents /see the play centre outside then dh can clean up while I work so hopefully we can chill at lunchtime and watch a citch Xmas movie while we have our own little lunch together.

I'm actually looking forward to staying home this year - would be nicer if I didn't have to do a cake though
