finding accomodation = HARD

as many of u know dh is deployed and he has his return dates right on new yrs day. we want to go away to the gold coast for 7 days from the 3rd till 9th and everywhere i call is booked out they keep saying if im flexible with my dates...um no im not flexible we have 11 days together and this is only when we can travel...

we need somewhere that will sleep 2 adults and 5 kids we want to stay in surfers or not too far from there as we want to go to theme park etc.....


any ideas anyone

Look for a home stay or holiday rental. You can find holiday rentals through real estate agents online. Goodluck

stayz dot com dot au have some fantastic holiday homes at good prices on the Gold Coast and maybe check out wotif dot com have lots of hotels and the like all around GC as well for discounted prices.. Have you checked those websites?

I highly recommend contacting the appropriate tourist info - give them your criteria and they'll do the searching for you. I book all my accommodation this way and saves hours trawling the net. Good luck!
