This thread can be for anything related to FF accounts but my issue is:

I can't believe we have to pay $82.50 per child (we have 3) so that they can join the Qantas Frequent Flyer program!!!! DH and I have been members for years (over 10) and I can't recall having to pay anything! We have a holiday booked later this month... just domestic but involves a connection flight (meaning it will cost us nearly $2000 to get the 5 of us to where we are going). I thought it would make sense for us to register our children so that their points can accrue as well... but now that I know about this joining fee i'm wondering if it will be worth it! We will be flying more frequently in the future... it could be worth it... not sure.
