DH and I are looking to go to Tassie on the boat from Melbourne in March for about 10 days with Olivia who will be almost 2 and Rebecca who will be 4 months old. Has any one been on the boat with little ones and how did they go? Also I know there is lots to do in Tassie coz I've been...but that was with a girlfriend of mine when I was single and childless. So where do I start? Whats there to do with kids and where are good places to stay? When I went last time we just did back packers....are there loads of caravan parks?

Oh and whats the weather generally like there at that time of year? Not too much cooler than Melbourne?
