we were thinking of going on one next year too... the only issue... that our baby girl will be two and hopefully toilet trained, but if they are not totally they are not allowed in the pool on board. So we were looking at ones that have a stop almost every day on an island - just the first two days there and back without stopping (sydney to vanuatu or somewhere like that).
Now we are also looking at heading north to cairns instead... waying up costs to see what is going to be better...??

I got the numbers wrong. It was the same price as the Vanuatu one though. Not to worry, a cruise is a cruise lol. Now I don't have to get passports for us all.
