Hi, Just wondering if anyone knows how much a passport costs for adults and children? I have been on a few gov sites in Australia and they all coming back different prices TIA

    Pretty sure mine (adult, 10yrs) was $198 & kids (5yrs) were $99.

This is in Vic, I think they should all be the same but who knows!?

mmm, good question. I had mine renewed about 2.5 years ago and it was around $150 that's in NSW. I would think they would have to be the same price everywhere.
Just go to your local post office. They can tell you the exact amount because that's where you have to go for the paper work and to pay for it.

For a new adult passport it's $200, for a child it is $100.

The Passports - Entry Point website has all the info.

Yup, I agree with the above post - got ours at the start of this year. Mine was $200 (well, $198) and Natalie's was $100. Kids' ones only last 5 years, adults 10. Funny, Natalie's passport photo was taken when she was 3 months old. It is crazy that she's going to have the same picture when she's 5!
