Divvy check out First Landing in Fiji - I didn't stay there but did have reason to visit. They do nice food and it is the most gorgeous quiet beach front location. There are beautiful bungalows or a variety of other options for accom and I am pretty sure they have a swim up bar - definitely service to your cabana! Very good prices too with breaky included in fees.
I've just been drooling over fb pics friends of ours just posted from the Cook Islands. Looks AMAZING! Their kids are aged 9, 7 and 5 and apparently all are having an absolute ball.
Due to slightly complicated booking - part payment last year for holiday which had to be cancelled (and got credit notes rather than refund) and part payment this year and 100% airline being asses in relation to how we could use their credit notes (which made this years flights way more expensive) even the travel agent was astounded as to how *******y they were - I can't say exactly how much it would cost - but roughly guess round the $5/6K mark - we have got 6 days in Raddison Denarau with brekkie and 5 days in Mana with half board and flights/transfers. Staying on mainland rather than going to Island way cheaper. Our "room" in Raddison has cooking facilities too which means you don't actully need the brekkie option which would make cheaper still. Our price was also for 2 adults one child so yours should be cheaper being only one adult.
We're going 1st May which should be in same 'season' as June and are happy with deal. Friends have been to Raddison before and have loved it and Mana has apparently been updated/renovated recently so hopefully all good. Will find out in months time!

first landing is nice...but i spent too much time there out of necessity and would much prefer to go somewhere else....BUT they do have beachside bungalows with spas overlooking the islands: and the lobster mornay is AMAZING!!!! food is incredible there. ohhh the kokoda!!!
Fiji or Vanuatu. Anywhere in the South Pacific really. We stayed at Lomani resort in Fiji as part of our honeymoon. That one is adults only but it's next door to Plantation Island, which is a family resort. I'd check out TripAdvisor for reviews of places.
Club Med Bintan. Simply amazing for parents and kids! Upgrade to a terrace room for a little more luxury. We've done our fair share of high end (and budget!) traveling and this place really surprised us. Would happily return except that Club Med Cherating is on the hit list this year
