Crowne is more broadbeach, which is great because it's a beautiful area with a billion restaurants and cafes to choose from. Just enjoy walking around, relaxing. The weather has been smashing. No need to plan for anything. No need for a car, just catch any bus up and down the highway right outside your hotel, even to and from the airport. You're coming to the beach, so stay at the beach.
Head down the highway by bus 10 minutes to Nobby beach and treat yourselves to dinner at Hellenika restaurant, book ahead. The food is amazing.
Day 1: hotel already had our room set so we got in at 9:30 instead of 2 so we relaxed a bit then decied to walk to pacific fair, had lunch there, walked around and checked out some shops.
Headed back to the hotel, DP had a nap while i relaxed and read my Kobo then we headed to the tavern downstairs before having dinner in the revolving restaurant. I must say the meal was fantastic and it was such a gorgeous view.
Day 2: Buffet breakfast, walked along the beach, back to relax in the room, walked into surfers, went on the Quack'R'Duck then walked around the shops, taxi back to the hotel for my 1hr relaxation massage AND spa manicure then back to the room for a bit, went to jupiters then to Fire Fly Grill for dinner then back to jupiters.
Day 3: buffet breakfast in the revolving restaurant, relaxed in the room then caught a cab out to the jet boat rides, finished up there then into surfers again for some souvenier shopping and walked around for a few hours, cab back to the hotel, relaxed in the tavern then off to the airport.
