    If it falls withing the extended warranty part then I think you need to contact the place of purchase not LG. And I think whitegoods are only covered on insurance if you have the fusion as an extra on your insurance policy. I may be wrong... sorry not much help am I!

    .place of purchase was bing lee - they know nothing....didnt suprise me.
    Apparently i have to write an email/letter.....along with proof of my purchases to LG..... (OMG !!!) and then i may, just may get a refund. I luckily kept my receipt from woolies yesterday. Just rang mum and my two sisters to keep ANY food receipts they have. I will be getting all i can here - buggers !!!!!!
