I try do to a couple of loads of washing every second night because I just don't have time to do it all on the weekend. I'm also trying to get into the habit of multitasking. eg: if I"m in the bathroom while DD's having a bath, I'll try to clean the bathroom, or tidy her bedroom which is opposite the bathroom allowing me to see her while she's in the bath. While I'm making dinner and in the kitchen, I try to clean the kitchen up if I don't have my DD wandering around my feet.
I just bought myself a great diary called the 24 hour home & work diary. It's a 2010 diary but I thought I'd create some pages based on the diary that I can start using now. I have to say that since I've done that I've had quite a productive week because all my to-do's for personal, home & work are listed in separate sections.
We just recently moved so I have the long task of getting the house organised while working full-time. It's not easy and it's a very slow process.
As for looking after myself: I do exercise during my lunch break at work. I either go for a walk, or I'm lucky enough to have a gym where I work so i use that. If you don't have a gym then I'm sure you could at least go for a walk, just take a spare pair of shoes if you need to. I just don't have time to exercise on weekends or after work which is why I do it during work hours. Even if all you can do is take the stairs instead of the lift...that will certainly help with fitness.
