Depending on what your special event is for the use of the gazebo we were going to hire one for our DD's 1st birthday party but found it cheaper to hire a 'nice' local hall which included use of tables, chairs, kitchenware, etc ... But then hall's are cheap to hire were i live. eg $80 for weekend use (second day can come back to clean the hall) !!

you can get them from bargain shops. They were like 30 bucks for a 3m x 3m.
Bunnings had the 3m x 6m wedding pavilions for $99 as well.
