Yes, and if they won't and you do wind up having to do it yourself, it may help to go through your latest statement and highlight all the direct payments coming out so you can systematically tick them off once you've contacted them.

Please please please whatever you do don't send any credit card details by email!! No reputable company will ever ask you to do this. Some may say you can update direct debits online, if you do always check that it's on a secure site (you should see the little padlock on your web-browser and the web address will have https instead of just http) - make sure you protect yourself!
