We have a Panasonic Inverter in our new place, it heats the house nicely (partly because the house is small ) I have researched them and have read they they are generally pretty cheap to run. There is also a panel heater in the lounge, but I am too scared to use it because I don't know how much they cost to use. I'm pretty sure it's a panel heater, it's stuck to the wall and you just plug it in. It has no fans or anything, just vents at the top that release heat. It's a 'Thermofilm' if anyone has heard of that? Are they expensive to run?

Also, bub is due early July and I will need a heater for the nursery. Which are the best/most energy efficient? We are on a tight budget so I need something cheap to run. I heard that apparently oil heaters are really expensive.

TIA
