Did not have a bath in the house that we renovated. We had a large open shower and had a large baby bath that we sat in the bottom. Often I would shower whilst DD1 had a bath beside me.

As much as I love a bath, I don't see the point in having one unless it is a long deep one, otherwise I never have a bath in it myself. We have a bath in this house and it is not really decent enough for a good adult soaking session.

We currently don't have a bath but not by choice. I LOVE having a bath and I'm devestated that our current house doesn't have one but we bought this place to knock down within 2 years and build again (we bought for the block, the house was a bonus) so a bath wasn't huge on the priority list. Our new house will have two baths though one for the kids (which will be big enough for adults too, small baths really bother me, lol!) and a big, deep spa in our ensuite. We designed the ensuite so it has stacking wooden shutters where the bath is so I can lay in the bath and watch the TV in our bedroom. I'll be one very happy mummy in my private retreat

This random old house we own at the moment has those showers with the tiled hob in the bottom and the set of taps down low so it's a great baby/toddler bath. DD loves it. I really do wish we had a 'normal' bath though so I could get in with her. I have been in the makeshift one with her though lately as I crave baths more than ever while pregnant. It's not quite the same but with the shower running on my belly, I kind of get to relax. Tragic!
