I feel like such a beginner. I've never non-lodged ( if that's a word. Lol!) before.

there are two different forms!!

one is for ATO (should be available right at the back of the tax pack) - the other (which can be done verbally) is for FAO

you need to complete BOTH if you've previously lodged a tax return - if not, you may not need to do the ATO one - you'd need to check with ATO though

Oh, thanks. It wasn't in the tax pack. Should i go get another one? Lol.

Or just call and get the form sent?

just call the ATO and get them to tell you first if you need to do one, and if so, to post it to you

the FAO one is not a paper form though - you can get a consultant to do it over the phone for you
