    Perhaps we can come to an agreement, I have spoken to live help on ebay & they said we are both in a legal binding contract to commit to the purchase but i realise its not the amount you would have hoped for, im happy to pay that & for you to keep the bassinette. Im just waiting on my bugaboo camelson to sell and i can make payment! Let me know what you think?

    You can put in a dispute and try to claim it, but at the end of the day, if she sells it to someone else, there is no pram to fight over. I hope she honours the sale for you, but really, it's only legally binding if you intend on pursuing it through the legal system.

    shes the 3rd seller in 4 days to do this to me the others were off gumtree though, they both had better offers and sold after saying i could buy it and me organising people to pick up and courier!!
