Just thinking... How old were the appliances that blew up/stopped working? With so many appliances I'm thinking it could be the fuse box or electricity circuit and not the appliances themselves

In terms of oven recommendations, I'm not sure. We just have a Westinghouse.

Hope it's the last of your problems.

No space for a seperate grill. Only a 60cm hole there. I get annoyed having to open the door too because DD likes the glowing elements

Thanks for the offer Briggsy's Girl but I'm in Kalgoorlie,WA so it wouldn't be cheap once we move it lol. Everything goes through Kal to perth then comes back again to unload and they stick an astronomical amount of $$$ on the freight charge :/

That would have been awesome lol! Thinking westinghouse may be the way to go. They seem to be in the mid range and every review I have found seems positive. Well except for the trivial stuff like "didn't like the finish" etc etc

they weren't that old and the house was rewired prior to moving in. FULL rewire. That was the scary bit because if it wasn't we could have been zapped. Safety switch was just installed with rewire. Was thinking a westinghouse because they're decently priced and our fridge is reliable. Does it cook evenly?
