My older kids both have Bounty packages, but in the doubles.
They're great value... but just be careful because the wood is very rough in spots.
I agree with Nelle, it's definitely not silly to buy a bed for the bub.

Not silly at all.
Just think when you are up doing night feeds with the baby you can lie down on the single bed in the bubs room and breastfeed.
And if it all fits then why not!

as long as you have the space it doesnt matter.
we have been carrying around my single bed for when we had a daughter(which we do now) so she will get that soon
