Yes. You can get showers with a moulded bath thing in the bottom (ie, the bath is shallow & square). You can even buy a fully moulded entire bathroom! I saw one at Stratco but I imagine there would be a few similar things on the market.

Pretty sure this is what my friend did - with a corner bath, "walls" and screen all in together

Yeah you can get them. Bunnings stock them too but they are pretty cheap and nasty. You'd be wanting fibre glass, not acrylic though.
