Donna, I found a link in my bookmarks that i thought i had lost, its for a U.S website, but it might give you some inspiration for colour schemes. Google for teensthemes dot com or kidsthemebedrooms dot cot. The kids one is obviously themed, but the teens/tweens one has some good colour combo's. There was a section when i first stumbled across this website, where you could check out other people's makeovers, it's where i found a green and pink/purple all in the one room, and inspired me to find some greeny coloured curtains to go with DD's pink and purple walls and doona cover
