$25 sounds a little cheap. Is it for friends, or clients?

Clients. So we can charge what we like! A friend has an estate agency and she gave his name to people who are selling and want things done.
Would you freak if it was $40 an hour?

In a house, on a hill with a big fat welcome mat!

My BIL is a handyman and he tries to charge between $40 - $50 per hour (depends on the job - lawnmowing versus tiling would be different.) He also is a softie and charges about $20 per hour for pensioners.
    HTH!

$40-$50 an hour I would expect. Anything less, and I would expect less workmanship, IYKWIM.
