Em go to Carpet Connection in Thomastown. They have off cuts and discontinued lines - we got a gorgeous wool carpet from there for the same price as a nylon one was going to be from our local fancy carpet place. Wool carpet wears really well and is easy to clean. The guy was really knowledgeable and helpful and because they are discontinued lines they are cheaper
