    This has been interesting. We have wood floors, so have padded and are to the side of the lounge for the kids to play in and also have afew toys in their bedroom. We dont have the problem with them playing the toys after lights out, they just dont stop talking!
    I would make the 2nd lounge into the kids lounge

    I'd use the extra lounge for a playroom. Could the baby share your room? Then the girls could have their own room and one for sewing.
